and specify (1) how many copies you'd like at $9.95 per copy and (2) your address for delivery including zipcode. We use the USPS "Media Mail" [2-9 days] for US deliveries and the USPS "Airmail Letter Post" [4-7 days] for deliveries outside the US. If you'd like us to use a faster, but more expensive service, please let us know.
